Summer 2024 Season is almost booked!
*Peak season rentals are Saturday to Saturday only (July & August).
*Check-in is 3 pm, check-out is 10 am.
*We ask for a security deposit of $500 due 1 week before your stay. $550 if bringing an approved dog.
*Security deposit will be refunded within 3 days of check-out, once cleared.
*Cleaning fee $175-$200. Extra $50 fee for a pet.
*50% due at time of booking, remaining 50% due 60 days before stay.
*Payment accepted through e-transfer or Paypal
*Last minute bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
*Cancellations policy:
*No refund within 60 days of stay ($500 security deposit will be refunded if booking is cancelled).
*All rentals are a 3-night minimum.
