**Good to know**

We rent to respectful families or friend groups, no parties are allowed.  Our property has some rustic elements including stairs that can be uneven in spots and occasionally slippery so caution is advised.  The beach consists of sand and small pebbles at the shoreline water shoes recommended for children and soft feet.  You can walk both directions of the beach to enjoy some scenery.  Each year the beach has been getting larger but we never know what things look like in the Spring with changing water levels.  Either way the beach is yours so respect it and enjoy what it has to offer.  There are also several amazing beaches close by to enjoy (we will include all this information in our guide).  We have neighbours on both sides, so please respect outside noise later at night.  Our property does have exterior cameras BUT are only in use when the property is vacant or in emergency situations or if the house guests are violating house rules.  The water is supplied by a community well which is tested very often.  If you have never experienced well water it can sometimes have a rusty/ Sulphur smell or look to it, it is potable water.  The parking area is rather spacious and can accommodate boats/ trailers and multiple cars, please let us know the size of your trailer and we can double check for you.  We really have put a lot of love and thought into the Black Swan and really hope you can enjoy it as much as we do and we thank you for treating our cabin like your own home.
